Lindsay Vieta-Satovick grew up in a home where good design principles
were a way of life, principles she has implemented in all aspects
of her life and interests. As far back as she can remember she
spent most of her time in one of two places: Celestial Flowers,
the flower shop her grandfather owned on South Temple, or at
her father’s design studios, Gayle Baddley & Associates
and, in later years, Vieta Designs. Her interest and love for
both these design disciplines grew over the years as she garnered
all the knowledge she could from the talent that surrounded her.
She began her floral design career six years ago at Zachary’s
Garden, where she further developed her love of the botanical
world. Lindsay is an executive board member of Design Awareness,
an organization created to promote the profession of interior
design through awards and peer support. Design Awareness is an
organization she fiercely supports for its undying commitment
to the often unsung talent within the local design community.
